Is there a setup fee?
No there is no setup or configuration fees. Its 100% cloud based and deployed in minutes.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No you don't need to send add any credit card or payment information for singup.
How do I upgrade to any plan?
You can upgrade anytime, Simply send us email, and we will assist you with the transition.
What happens after I pay?
Once you make a payment, an Account Manager will be assigned to you and will assist you in getting started within 1 working day.
Do i need any IT guy to setup or manage PMS?
No you don't need any IT person to setup or manage PMS. We will configure everything for you including payment gateway and channel manager.
What is difference between Medium Hotel and Large Hotel plan?
Medium hotel plan we don't have channel management feature and Large hotel plan comes with built-in channel management system.
What is difference between Small Hotel and other plan?
Small hotel plan require ad-ons fee for accept online payment during booking and can't integrate with channel manager.
Is there any hidden fees not describe in this page?
There is no hidden fees. All price clearly describe in this page.
In case I want to downgrade or cancel my existing plan, is it possible?
Yes, you can make such changes to your plan, which would reflect from your next billing cycle.
What is your billing cycle for the paid plans?
It is a 30-day billing cycle. Your contract gets renewed every month and will continue unless we receive further notification from you. (This does not apply if you choose the yearly plan).
